Someone else posts, so you can go back to running the business

Planned content, written captions, real photo and video from your actual work, published on a schedule. Not a feed of stock images and hashtag soup — the kind of posts that make a local customer decide you're the one to call.

The Problem

Posting is the first thing to fall off in a busy week

Nobody quits on purpose. It just gets crowded out — and a dead feed reads as a closed business.

Three posts, then silence

A strong start in January, nothing since March. A customer checking you out sees the gap and wonders whether you're still open — that's the actual cost, not the follower count.

Posting into a void

Consistent but random. No theme, no offer, no call to action, no idea which posts brought in work. Effort without a system is just a hobby with a business logo on it.

The $299 content mill

Generic graphics, recycled captions, a stock photo of a kitchen that isn't yours. Cheap looks cheap, and locals can tell instantly that nobody from your town made it.

What's Included

Content, calendar, and the person who actually ships it

Every plan is built from the same six parts. The tier decides how much of each, not which ones you get.

Strategy & calendar

Monthly content calendar you approve in advance Post themes tied to your actual services and season Local hooks — events, weather, neighborhoods, rivalries A defined next step in every post that needs one

Copywriting

Captions, headlines, and offers written for you Your voice captured in discovery, refined over month one Blog posts, service pages, and email copy on request Written by a person who reads it back out loud — no AI-generated filler you have to rewrite

Content creation

Graphics designed in your brand, not a template pack Short-form video edited from footage you or we capture Captions written to sound like a person, not a brochure Before/after and job-site content, which outperforms everything else for service businesses

Publishing & engagement

Scheduled and published for you across your platforms Comment and DM monitoring on business hours Anything that looks like a real lead routed straight to you Google Business Profile posts included, because that one moves local search

Post-level analytics

Reach, saves, shares, and clicks tracked per post Which formats and topics actually pull, ranked Best posting times learned from your own audience Underperformers cut instead of repeated out of habit

Monthly reporting

One monthly summary in plain English, not a 40-page export What performed, what flopped, what changes next month Profile visits, clicks to your site, and messages received Straight answer when something isn't working
How It Works

First posts live in about two weeks

Month one is setup and a content bank. From month two it's a repeating monthly rhythm you barely have to think about.

01

Discovery and audit · 2–4 days

Your services, your best customer, your busy and slow seasons, what you've already tried. We look at your current profiles and your three closest local competitors, and tell you which platforms are worth your money — usually fewer than you'd expect.

02

Access and brand setup · 2–5 days

Page access, logo files, brand colors and fonts, existing photo and video, service list and pricing rules, plus what you never want posted. Profiles get cleaned up — hours, service area, links, and descriptions corrected before a single new post goes out.

03

Content capture · 3–7 days

The part most agencies skip. Either we come out and shoot your work, your space, and your team, or you get a shot list simple enough to film on your phone between jobs. Real footage is the whole reason this looks different from your competitors' feeds.

04

First calendar, then live · 5–7 days

You see the full month laid out — every graphic, caption, and post date — and approve it in one pass. Then it publishes on schedule. Approval takes you about fifteen minutes, once a month.

05

Monthly rhythm · ongoing

Calendar drafted, you approve, it ships, you get one plain-English report and a short call if you want it. Around month three we know what's working well enough to cut what isn't and double down on what is.

Platforms

Two or three done well beats six done badly

Where your customers actually are depends on what you sell. Here's the honest read for local Northeast Ohio businesses.

Facebook

Still where local buying decisions happen around here, especially for home services and anyone over 35. Community groups and recommendation threads matter more than your page does.

Instagram

Worth it when the work is visual — salons, food, landscaping, remodels, retail. Reels reach beyond your followers, which is the only reliably free distribution left.

Google Business Profile

Not social media, and the highest-return posting surface for a local business. Included in every plan because it feeds the map results people call from.

TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube

Added when there's a reason — B2B on LinkedIn, trades and personality-led brands on TikTok, longer explainers on YouTube. Never added just to make the plan look bigger.

Where It Stops

What social media won't do for you

Worth knowing before you spend a dollar on it. If any of this is a dealbreaker, we'll tell you on the call rather than after you sign.

It won't fix a weak offer

If your pricing, availability, or follow-up is the real problem, more posts will just get more people to notice it. We'd rather say that out loud in month one.

It won't work in 30 days

Consistency compounds. Ninety days is the honest window for judging whether this is earning its keep, and we don't ask for a long contract to get there.

No guaranteed leads or ROI

Results depend on your offer, your market, and how fast you answer inquiries. Anyone promising a lead count is guessing or lying.

It can't answer at 9pm

DM monitoring is business hours. If after-hours response is the gap, an AI chat or voice agent is the piece that closes it — not more posting.

Paid ads are separate

Management fees and ad spend are not in these plans. We'll boost the occasional post from your budget if you ask, and say plainly when ads would beat organic for you.

You still have to show up

We need job photos, occasional voice notes, and answers to questions. Fifteen to thirty minutes a month from you. Zero involvement produces a generic feed, and that's not worth paying for.

Investment

What social management costs here

Flat monthly fee, month-to-month after the first 90 days. No setup fee, no annual lock-in, no per-post billing.

Presence
$1,000/mo

Two platforms, 12 posts a month, monthly calendar, graphics and captions, Google Business Profile posts, one report. For businesses that just need to look alive and consistent.

Growth · most common
$1,500–$2,000/mo

Three platforms, 16–20 posts, four to six short-form videos, one content capture session per month, comment and DM monitoring, lead routing. For businesses actively trying to grow.

Full Content
$2,500/mo

Daily-cadence posting, heavier video production, two capture sessions, email or newsletter content, and multi-location or franchise coordination. Quoted after scoping.

What moves the number

Platform count and posting frequency How much video versus static graphics Whether we shoot on location or you supply footage Number of locations and how much approval routing is needed

Common Questions

Social media questions, answered

How much does social media management cost in Northeast Ohio?+

Local agencies generally run from a few hundred dollars a month for scheduled template posts up to $5,000 and beyond for full content teams. F7 LTD plans start at $1,000 a month for two platforms, the common Growth tier runs $1,500 to $2,000, and full content programs run around $2,500. Flat fee, no setup charge, month-to-month after the first 90 days.

How many posts a month do I actually need?+

For most local service businesses, three to five posts a week across two platforms is the point of diminishing returns. Twelve a month keeps you looking active; sixteen to twenty gives enough volume to learn what your audience responds to. Daily posting only makes sense for food, retail, and salons where new work happens constantly.

Do you write the captions and make the graphics, or do I?+

We do both. Captions are written in your voice — we'll capture it in discovery and refine it over the first month — and graphics are designed in your brand rather than pulled from a template pack. You approve everything before it publishes, and you can rewrite anything you don't like.

What do you need from me each month?+

Fifteen to thirty minutes: approve the calendar, send job photos or short clips from your phone, and answer the occasional question about a service or a promotion. That's it. The businesses that get the most out of this send us photos as they go rather than waiting to be asked.

How long before I see results?+

Your profiles look better in week one. Reach and engagement usually start moving in 30 to 60 days. Judging whether it's producing business takes 90 days — that's why we ask for a 90-day commitment and then go month-to-month. Anyone promising leads in the first month is selling you something else.

Do you run paid ads too?+

Ad spend and ad management are not included in these plans. We'll boost individual posts from a budget you set, and we'll tell you honestly when paid would outperform organic for your situation — usually for time-limited offers or a brand-new business with no audience yet.

Who owns the accounts and the content?+

You do. Accounts stay in your name with you as owner and F7 LTD added as a manager. Graphics, video, and captions we produce are yours to keep and reuse. If you leave, we remove our access and the content stays on your pages.

Can you handle messages and comments for me?+

Comment and DM monitoring is included on Growth and up, during business hours. Real inquiries get routed to you immediately rather than answered with a guess about pricing or availability. If you need coverage nights and weekends, that's what an AI chat or voice agent is for, and the two work well together.

Let's look at what you're already posting

Thirty minutes. We go through your profiles and two competitors, and you get a straight read on which platforms are worth your money and what the first month would look like. If it's not a match, the conversation ends respectfully.
