Privacy Policy

F7 LTD LLC ("F7 LTD," "we," "us") operates f7ltd.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and improve the site, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or start a chat, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, and a description of what you need help with. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a scheduled call, and follow up about the services you asked about.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may record standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time of visit. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure.

Third-party services we use

Some features on this site are provided by other companies. When you use them, your information is handled under their privacy policies as well as ours:

Calendly Scheduling. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any answers you provide, and adds the event to our calendar.

Chatbase Our AI chat assistant. Conversations are processed and stored by Chatbase so we can follow up and improve the assistant's answers. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in chat.

Retell AI Powers our AI voice agent. If you call us, Retell AI processes the call audio, generates a transcript, and passes the details you provide to us so we can follow up. Calls handled by the agent are recorded and transcribed.

Tally Form collection. If you submit a form built with Tally, Tally stores your responses and delivers them to us.

SMS delivery providers If you ask us to text you a booking link or reply to a call by text, your phone number and message are handled by our messaging provider and your mobile carrier to deliver the message.

Hosting and analytics providers Our host processes standard server logs. If analytics are enabled, they record anonymized usage data about how the site is used.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number — on a form, or by asking our voice agent to text you — you are giving express consent for F7 LTD to send you text messages related to your inquiry, such as a link to book an appointment, appointment confirmations, and reminders. We only text you about the request you made; we do not send marketing texts without separate consent.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also email us to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages you asked for.

Phone calls and our AI voice agent

When you call F7 LTD, your call may be answered by an AI voice agent. The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant. Calls handled by the agent are recorded and transcribed so we can capture your request accurately, follow up, and improve the agent’s answers.

If you do not want to be recorded, you can end the call and reach us instead by email at mfischer@f7ltd.com or through the contact form on this site. If you ask during a call for a booking link to be texted to you, we treat that as your consent to send that message.

Cookies

This site and the third-party tools above may use cookies or similar storage to keep the site working properly and to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like the chat assistant, may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email mfischer@f7ltd.com and we will handle it promptly.

Client work

When we manage social media accounts, websites, or AI agents on behalf of a client, we handle that client's data and their customers' data only as directed by the client, and only for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not use it for anything else.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
