From there, server to bartender, manager to proud restaurant owner—I’ve worn every hat the hospitality industry could throw at me, occasionally even the hairnet.

Along the way, I deepened my craft at culinary school, sharpened my storytelling chops with an associate's degree in Television and Radio Broadcasting, and rode the digital airwaves operating my own fully licensed internet radio station for three exciting years. But creativity called louder still, leading me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, marrying my passion for aesthetics with razor-sharp business acumen.

A proud veteran who served a deployment in the Iraq theater, I've traveled extensively, gathering stories, friendships, and inspiration from around the globe. With three intensive years in high-level food sales, I bring unmatched insights into the industry’s inner workings—from understanding intricate cost structures to crafting compelling menus and brands that speak louder than the specials board.

F7-LTD is more than just my business—my brand and life's philosophy wrapped into one memorable name. The "F" is my last name, anchoring my identity in every project. The number "7" symbolizes a powerful blend of personal and spiritual significance: my first, middle, and last names each have exactly seven letters, echoing the profound symbolism of 777. And "LTD," inspired by one of my favorite films, "Dazed and Confused" (1993), perfectly captures my laid-back yet ambitious spirit. Since graduating high school in 1995, "Livin' the Dream" has defined my outlook on life and business.
